Shake the cartridge to distribute
the toner.

Align the toner cartridge with the
slots in the machine, and then
insert the cartridge until the lock-
ing tab locks into place.

Close the front cover.

If the toner cartridge is not fully inserted, the front cover cannot be
closed.

The printer must complete a 75-second calibration cycle after the
toner cartridge has been replaced. If you open the front cover
before the message
READY appears, the printer stops and
repeats the calibration cycle.
