Import and export Address Book data
This section describes how to import and export Address Books.
Import Address Books
This section describes how to import Address Books in the
following fi le formats.
・CSV format
・Access format
Importing CSV formatted information.
Select [Import] from the [Option] menu.

The [Import] dialog box appears.
Select the type of fi le to import and click the
Next button.
(Select [CSV] this time.)

The Open File dialog box appears.
Click the Browse button and select the CSV fi le
to import, then click Next button.

The fi eld selection dialog box appears.
Select the fi elds to import and the import
order and click the Next button.

The fi elds selected for import are displayed in the
[Layout] section to make fi eld selection easier.
Add : Moves the selected item in the [Non-Import
Item] to the [Import Item] list.
Select [(dummy)] for fi elds that do not contain
data.
If [(dummy)] is not selected for fi elds that do
not contain data, the fi eld names and values will
not be properly aligned.
Remove : Removes a fi eld from the [Import Item] list.
Up : Moves the selected item higher in the list.
Down : Moves the selected item lower in the list.
Delimiter: Determines the fi eld marker (either a comma or
a tab) in the imported fi le.
