Deleting a portion of a document
Select the document to edit and click the
View button.

The Document Display panel appears.
Click the button. The Specify Page dialog
box appears.
Click the button of the page to delete.

The specifi ed page appears.
Confi rm whether or not to delete this page
and click Delete Page button.

The following message appears. “Delete currently
displayed page?”
Click OK .

The specifi ed page is deleted.

Click Cancel to abort the delete action.
Caution
• A page cannot be deleted on one-page documents. One-
page documents must be deleted from the main window
by dragging them to the Trash folder or shredder.
