Editing a One-touch Dial Number

Click beside the machine icon, and then click “One Touch”.

From the list that is displayed, double-click the one-touch dial number to
be edited.

If a programmed one-touch dial number is selected, the informa-
tion can be changed.

When editing the information, the “Cut”, “Copy”, “Paste” and
“Delete” commands on the “Edit” menu can be selected.
Programming a Speed Dial Number

Click beside the machine icon, and then click “Speed Dial”.

From the list that is displayed, double-click the speed dial number to be
programmed.
