Editing a Group Dial Number

From the list that is displayed, double-click the group dial number to be
edited.
If a programmed group dial number is selected, the information can be
changed.
Printing the List of One-touch Dial, Speed Dial and
Group Dial Numbers

On the “File” menu, click “Print”.
The following dialog box appears.

Select the check box for the items to be printed, and then click the [OK]
button.
Saving Settings to a Computer

Click to send the settings to the machine.

The settings can also be saved by clicking “Save As” on the “File”
menu.

Specify the folder where the file is to be saved, and then type in the name
of the file.
