TCP/IP
The Network - TCP/IP window allows you to configure the following items.
For more information on these TCP/IP settings, see chapter 6, “Network
Printing.”
Item Description
Automatic IP
Setting Specifies the automatic assigning method for the printer
IP address.
Choices:
On, Off
Default: On
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
NETWORK SETTING - IP ADDRESS
IP Address* Sets the printer’s IP address.
Range:
0–255 for each xxx triplet
Default: 0.0.0.0

If the IP address is outside the range, the following
message displays when you choose the Apply
button: “Please enter a correct address.” Click OK
button, and then type an appropriate number.
