Searching for a destination
The name of a recipient registered with a one-touch dial button can be
searched for in order to select the one-touch dial button.

Touch [Search] in the Route screen.

If “LDAP Search” was set to “Yes” in the Network Setting screen, a
screen for selecting the search method appears. For details on per-
forming an LDAP search, refer to the User’s Guide [Network Scan-
ner Operations].

Type in the name of the one-touch dial button, and then touch [Search].
A screen appears, containing the list of one-touch dial buttons pro-
grammed with a recipient whose name begins with the entered name.

Touch the desired one-touch dial button to select it.

Using one-touch dial buttons, multiple recipients can be specified
for simultaneous transmission. A maximum of 300 recipients can be
specified at a time.
