Press [Print] or [HDD Hold] on the right side of "Usable Function" to select functions of the machine
available to the user.
% For the machine mounted with Paper Feeder Unit PF-708, press [Copy], [Scan], [Print] or [HDD
Hold] on the right side of "Usable Function".

Press [Color] or [Black] on the right side of "Output Permission (Print)" to select the print type available
to the user.

Press [OK].
% When settings are completed, press [Return] on the User Registration Screen.
The display returns to the User Authentication Setting Menu Screen.
