Color Mode

Sets the mode to use color or monochrome output.

Choices: Color, Grayscale
Default: Color
Configuration Menu Equivalent:

MODE

Toner Out Action

Determines if the printer continues accepting jobs
sent to it when a low toner condition occurs.

Choices: Stop, Continue
Default: Stop
Configuration Menu Equivalent:

MENU QUALITY MENU/TONER OUT

ACTION

Density Control

Adjusts toner (color) density of each color (cyan,
magenta, yellow, and black). The higher the value,
the higher the density of the color.

Range: 1 - 5
Default: 3
Configuration Menu Equivalent:

MENU QUALITY MENU/DENSITY

CONTROL

Submit button

Saves and applies any changes made.

Reset button

If you made changes to any of the parameter set-
tings but don’t wish to apply the changes, selecting
this button restores the last submitted parameter
settings.

Save Custom button

Saves the Current values of the parameters as the
Custom settings. Using the Restore Custom but-
ton, you can change the parameter settings back to
the Custom settings after changes are made.

Restore Custom
button

Changes all settings to the Custom values.

Restore Factory
button

Changes all settings to the Factory values.
