6.3.5 Cover
The Cover panel allows you to select the inclusion of front and back cover
sheets.
Header page
Determines that a header page is printed for the job. The header page
identifies the job and serves as job separator. The header page is printed
from the same tray as the first page of the job. Stapling, folding, and
multiple copies are not applied to the header page. If possible (i.e. the job
is not folded) the header page is output to the same tray as the job.
Front cover page
Selects the insertion of a front cover sheet from the selected tray. The tray
may be a normal input tray or the Post Inserter (PI, available with the
Finisher, an optional accessory of the copier). The sheet feeder allows
preprinted paper to be included in a job without feeding the paper through
the copier and exposing it to the copier heat.
