9. Double-click the folder English .
10. Double-click the folder MAC .
11. Double-click the folder US-Letter or the folder Europe-A4 , depending on your
standard paper size.
12. Select the file IC-301V1.PPD .
Copy the PPD file by dragging it to the specified folder in your local disk. To do this,
open another Finder window:
13. From the Go menu, select Computer .
14. Click the Macintosh HD disk icon, and locate the following folder:
Library\Printers\PPDs\Contents\ Resources\en.Iproj .
Note: PPD files are organized by language, operating system, and paper size. In this activity, we
are using the English PPD for Macintosh computers, in US-letter size.
Note: The first two letters of the name of the folder represent a language: en stands for English.
