Print an InDesign File From a Macintosh Computer

Files Used in this Activity
To print an InDesign file on the bizhub PRO C500 printer:
1. Start the InDesign application.
2. From the File menu, select Open .
3. Find the file CyclingTours_Letter_Trng.indd in D:\Local Disk and open it.
4. If a message appears and prompts you to fix broken links, click Fix Links
Automatically .
5. From the File menu, select Print .
6. On the left-side menu, click the Setup .
7. In the Paper Size list, select Letter (8.5×11) .
8. Make sure that the orientation is set to portrait face up (first option).
