27. In the Bleed size box, type 0.2.
28. In the Margins box, leave the value prompted by the system 0.236 .
29. In the Gutter box, type 0.6 .
30. In the Spine size box, type 0.
31. Click Save .
32. Click the resume button in the Process Queue area.
Because the suspend button is still clicked in the Print Queue area, the job is RIPed,
but it is not be printed. You suspended the print queue to allow you to preview the
RIPed job and make sure that the business cards are correctly imposed on the sheet
of paper before you print hundreds of copies.
Step 2: Previewing the Job and Printing It
In this step, you will preview the job and print it.
To preview the job:
1. Find the job Business_Card in the Print Queue list of jobs and drag it to the
Storage area.
2. In the Storage area, right-click the job Business_Card .
Note: On the lower part of the window you see a simulation of the layout arrangement on the
paper sheet. Make sure that all the copies of the business card are within the sheet range and
that you don’t have any yellow or red marks.
