Step 1: Creating a Virtual Printer
Virtual printers automate your workflow and make the printing process more
efficient by eliminating the need to define settings for each job separately.
To create a virtual printer:
1. On the toolbar, click Resource Center .
2. In the Resource list, select Virtual Printers .
3. Click Add .
4. In the Name box, type VIProof .
