Auto mode
Select this mode when you only want to
receive faxes on your telephone line. The
machine will automatically answer all
calls and receive incoming faxes.
Setting the Number of Rings for
Auto Reception
You can set the number of rings before the
machine answers in Auto mode using the
procedure below.
Press Menu then 4.
Press 0 then 3.
Select the number of rings you would like
to use (default=2).
Press Enter.
Press Stop/Exit two times.

Note: When an external telephone is
connected, the external telephone rings
once regardless of whether the number of
rings is set to 0.
