2. Click CREATE. The Create VLAN dialog box opens

3. Enter a name for the VLAN in the Name field.
4. Enter an unused VLAN ID (between 1 and 4095) in the ID
field. VLAN IDs are global and must be consistent from switch
to switch, even when switches are manufactured by different
vendors.
