Secure grill body to cart frame
A. Route hose to side burner over LP tank heat resistant plate.
B. Secure grill body to cart frame using 4 sets of large screws (D), large lock
washers (J), and large washers (H).
C. Attach regulator hose bracket to cart frame using large screw (D) and wing
nut (F).
D. Attach side burner control ring and side burner control valve to right side shelf
using extra small screw (A) and small screw (B).
E. Insert side burner control knob onto side burner control valve stem.
Note: When not in use, the lighting hook can be hung from regulator hose bracket
wing nut.

Assemble right side shelf
A. Insert tabs on right condiment holder into slots on right side shelf and slide right.
B. Secure right condiment holder to right side shelf using large screw (D), large lock
washer (J) and large washer (H).

Attach side shelves
Attach left and right side shelves to cart frame using 8 sets of large screws (D),
large lock washers (J), and large washers (H).

Attach handle to lid
Attach handle to lid using 2 sets of large washers (H), large lock washers (J), and
wing nuts (F).

Assemble left side shelf
A. Insert tabs on left condiment holder into slots on left side shelf and slide left.
B. Secure left condiment holder to left side shelf using large screw (D), large lock
washer (J) and large washer (H).
