ERASE SETTING

CLEANING MODE

CUSTOM RESET
SETTING

Selects the initial cursor position on the YES/NO selection screen for
erasing pictures, canceling recording or formatting.

When the shutter button is pressed all the way in the cleaning mode,
the mirror rises and the shutter curtain opens.

Up to 4 reset settings can be saved for when the camera is turned
off.

Sets the date and time on the camera. The date/time data is stored
together with the corresponding recorded image. File numbers are
also assigned to recorded images using date/time information.

Changes how image files are numbered. You can choose whether to
retain the file number even if a new card is inserted, or reset it.

Displays the picture you have just taken on the monitor while it is
being recorded to the card.

Turns off the beep used for warnings.

Adjusts the brightness of the monitor.

Sets the time before the sleep mode (idle mode) begins. When OFF is
selected, the camera does not enter the sleep mode.

Selects the language for on-screen displays.

Selects NTSC or PAL according to your TV’s video signal. TV video
signal types depending on the region.
