The computer acts strangely
Although I charged the battery pack, the battery status
lamp immediately starts blinking in orange
The battery's recharging capability decreased.
Please replace with a newly purchased battery pack.
While I am working, the operations are getting slower
The temperature of the CPU is rising.
When the temperature of the CPU rises, the operation speed automatically
decreases. Stop working for a while, the CPU will cool down and the
performance will automatically return to its original speed.
The computer hangs while I am using it
Please follow the instructions below:
Keep the Power Switch pressed for longer than 5 seconds. The
computer is turned off compulsory. In this case, data that was not
saved will be lost.
After everything is turned off completely, restart the system.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Firstly disconnect the AC adaptor and then remove the battery pack.
The power is turned OFF.
2. Then reinsert the battery pack and install the AC adaptor and the
power cord
3. Press the Power Switch again.
The system starts from a memory test.
The internal clock is not correct
Please follow the steps below to revise the Date and Time screen:
1. Open the Control Panel and double click on the Date and Time tab.
2. The Time is displayed, now click on the numbers of the digital clock.
The item is divided into "Hours: Minutes: Seconds", please click on the
part you wish to change.
3. The time can be adjusted with the up and down button on the right
edge of the digital clock.
4. Click on the OK button.
The clock battery is not charged.
Connect the AC adaptor to the computer and charge the click battery for a
while.
The clock battery's recharging capability decreased. Please contact your
dealer.
