AC Power Cord and Connectors
The power cord’s AC input plug must be compatible with the various
international AC power outlets and the cord must meet the standards for
the country/region in which it is used. All cords must meet the following
specifications:

In Europe, power cords must be VDE type, H05VVH2-F and two conductor.
For the United States and Canada, plug configuration must be a
2-15P (250 V) or 1-15P (125 V) as designated in the U.S. National
Electrical code handbook and the Canadian Electrical Code Part II.
