Photo Recording
• Press [Photo button] to take photos.
• Press [Playback Button] to view the photos.
• Three resolution settings are available:
Image Quality
High-16 Mega Pixels: 4608 x 3456
Standard-5 Mega Pixels: 2592 x 1944
Low-3 Mega Pixels: 2048 x 1536
Taking Close up Photos/Videos
• Slide the macro switch to change the focus range for different distances of objects.
• To take close-up photos:
1. Slide the macro switch to Macro ( ).
2. Press [Video Button] to start recording or press [Photo button] to take photo.
• In Macro Mode, the macro icon ( ) will appear on the LCD monitor.
Note
Remember to turn the macro switch back to Normal ( ) when you are not taking close-up
photos.
Using Digital Zoom
• The digital zoom magnifies images when recording videos or taking photos.
1. To zoom in/out, press the Tele/Wide Button.
2. The digital zoom can be set from 1x to16x.
