Remote Access Control
Remote Access Control Panel for easier support
The Remote Access Control Panel feature saves time and
effort while minimising downtime by letting your support staff
remotely view and control the MFP’s LCD control panel. The
technician simply opens a web browser and either fixes the
problem directly or gives step-by-step guidance to the user.
Sharp Remote Device Manager makes support easier than
ever. Use it to upgrade the firmware of your MFPs and to
distribute printer drivers over the network. A single click from
the user is all it takes for immediate, ‘hands-off’ installation.
SRDM also records a wide range of useful information about
each machine, such as its name, model, location IP and MAC
addresses, and usage statistics, making it easy to work out
which MFPs are being under-or over-used.
