The UP-820F is a flexible solution combining reliable hardware and brilliant display with powerful built-in application software.
The combination of flat keyboard and touch screen results in an easy to use ergonomic and intuitive user interface. This
minimizes entry errors and allows rapid entry sequences. Untrained personnel are guided via the touch screen through
individual orders. As a result costs are reduced by minimizing errors, enhanced productivity by fast operation and increase of
customers satisfaction by shorter service time. The UP-820F is developed to reflect the needs of the different Fast Food and
bakery businesses. Many new features, such as “PLU Information text”, “Bonus points function”, ”Happy Hour function by
weekday”, “Customer advance ordering with detail reporting” or "Employee working time control" have been incorporated while
sophisticated table management as well as Customer management functionality are standard functions.Detailed reports allow to
compare hourly sales activities or to analyse regular customer purchases. System expansion requirements are supported by
serial interfaces. With the Ethernet LAN system all models of the UP-800 series can be integrated within one network. The SD
card usage supports wireless and therefore cost efficient storage of sales and Electronic journal data.
