PROBLEM

Head assembly does not bevel to
desired position.

Blade hits table.

Angle of cut not accurate.

Cannot move miter adjustment.

Head assembly will not fully rise
or blade guard will not fully close.

Blade binds, jams, burns wood.
Rough cuts.

Tool vibrates or shakes.

Blade does not completely cut
workpiece.

Head assembly does not slide
freely when attempting a slide

CAUSE

1. Bevel 33.9° stop engaged.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

- Pull out 33.9° stop and rotate

it 90°.

- Change range setting.

- Authorized service.

- Vacuum or blow out dust.
