If you can dream it, you can steam it! Be creative, and have fun – the possibilities
are nearly endless.
2 cups

Milk

2 tbsp.

Flavored syrup

Add milk with vanilla, mint, hazelnut, caramel, Irish cream, almond, raspberry,
strawberry, or any other flavored syrup to the Hot Drink Maker and press the “ON”
switch. Wait for the Hot Drink Maker to automatically shut off. Dispense the drink
into a mug. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Serves 2.

Wassailing is an ancient tradition practiced for many centuries. The word “wassail”
is derived from the Anglo-Saxon phrase waes hael, which means “good health.”
Over the centuries many traditions have developed around the custom of drinking
wassail. Today drinking wassail and singing carols has developed into a holiday
tradition. We hope you will enjoy our favorite wassail recipe!
2 cups

Apple juice

1 cup

Orange juice

1 cup

Cranberry juice cocktail

3 tbsp.

Lemon juice

¼ tsp.

Ground cinnamon

¼ tsp.

Ground ginger

⅛ tsp.

Ground nutmeg

⅛ tsp.

Ground cloves

Add ingredients to the Hot Drink Maker and press the “ON” switch. Wait for the Hot
Drink Maker to automatically shut off. Dispense the drink into a mug. Serves 4.
