1 Press the release buttons to remove the top of the carafe.
2 Remove the lid.
3 Lift the dispensing spout to remove it from the top of the carafe. The
milk carafe dispenser is made up of fi ve parts that must be disassem-
bled. Each part is indicated by a capital letter (A, B, C, D, E) as shown in
the fi gure below.
Weekly Cleaning of the Machine
1 Clean the pre-ground coff ee compartment with the cleaning brush.
Weekly Cleaning of the Milk Carafe
The weekly cleaning is more thorough since all milk residues are removed
from the dispensing spout.
