The UPPER function returns a string that is entirely uppercase, regardless of the case of
the characters in the specified string.
UPPER(source-string)

source-string: A string. source-string is a string value.
Examples
=UPPER(”a b c”) returns “A B C”.
=UPPER(”First”) returns “FIRST”.
