3 Troubleshooting
1. If the screen on tablet remains blank after it is connected, tap the second button from left at
the bottom of the screen > Tap Refresh.
2. If the screen still remains blank change the screen on the BioProcess equipment.
The tablet will refresh.
3. This function requires the installation of the latest version single board computer
(M1297-6602). If ’TCPIP Parameters’ block is greyed out and/or the fields are empty within
the ’Setup’ screen, your system may not be equipped with the latest version single board
comptuer. Please contact your local Eppendorf service organization for verification steps.
