3C) CALLING A USER USING THE CODE
INITIAL CONDITION
EXAMPLE: you want
to call the user
with code 1 *
Press 1 on the
alphanumerical keypad.
Press the key
to call the selected user.
The call or conversation
in progress can be
cancelled by pressing
the
X key.
* If the system is set with 6 digits it will be necessary to enter the number of the
block of flats before the user code EXAMPLE: 01 _ _ _ 1 (the block of flat
numbers must have 2 digits as in the EXAMPLE)
Module supplied
in stand-by condition.
The call has taken place
correctly.
The system is engaged.

Followed by:
SCROLL NAMES
SEARCH NAME
ENTER USER CODE

4) MANAGING THE DIRECTORY
A name can be stored in the directly by means of the infrared programmer ART. 1230,
software ART. 1249/A, or directly by using the alphanumerical keypad the module is
fitted with.
4A) ENTERING A NAME BY MEANS OF ART. 1230
INITIAL CONDITION
Press the NAME-> key
of Art. 1230.
Enter the user name
you want to enter.
EXAMPLE:
ROSSI GIOVANNI
Module supplied
in stand-by condition.
To use the low case keys
press SHIFT. To cancel the
character to the left press <.
To enter special characters
press the combination of keys
as described below:
NAME -> + A = Å
NAME -> + B = Ä
NAME -> + C = ß
NAME -> + O = Ö
NAME -> + P = Ø
NAME -> + Q = Ü
Press ESC to cancel the user
name entering operation.
