b. Small foods will fit comfortably in

the hand guard cavity. Larger foods

should rest in the food grooves.

Changing Blades
a. Select blade(s) for required cut and

insert into cutting slot until it clicks

and locks.

Slicing

i. Insert Straight Blade in the cutting

slot until it locks. Straight Blade

should point towards the handle.

Crinkle Cutting

i. Insert Crinkle Blade in the cutting

slot until it locks. Crinkle Blade

should point towards the handle.

Waffle Cutting

i. Insert Crinkle blade in the cutting

slot until it locks. Crinkle blade

should point towards the handle.

ii. Set thickness to 2 or 3.

iii. When slicing, 1st slice will be

a crinkle cut. Turn Hand Guard

90 degrees after each stroke to

achieve waffle effect.

Julienne Cutting

i. Select Julienne Blade thickness.

ii. Insert Julienne Blade into Julienne

Blade slot with desired blade

pointing up towards the stainless

steel platform.

iii. Insert Straight Blade in the cutting

slot.

iv. Adjust thickness setting to desired

thickness.

v. Proceed slicing using the hand

guard.

Grater

i. Insert Grater Blade with SGT in the

cutting slot until it locks.

ii. Set slicing thickness to lock position.

Cleaning
Handheld Mandoline and Hand guard

are dishwasher safe – top shelf. Blades

are hand wash recommended.

Warning
The Cuisipro Handheld Mandoline

has very sharp Blades. Always practice

extreme caution when using. Hand guard

should be used whenever possible to

protect hands and fingers. Do not leave

mandoline or its components within the

reach of children.
