Component Identification
Introduction
High-pressure seal The high-pressure seal is designed for long life and low friction. A small
amount of fluid is allowed to flow past the high-pressure seal for continuous
bearing lubrication.
LVDT assembly The internally mounted LVDT measures the actuator piston rod displacement.
The LVDT consists of a coil and a core extension. The coil is secured to the
rear end cap. The core extension is secured to the inside of the hollow piston
rod by a locking setscrew.
