How to Connect Hydraulics to the Actuator
Connect the pressure, return, and drain lines to the ports stamped P, R and D,
respectively. An optional pilot pressure port is marked PP. See the servovalve
manual for servovalve installation information.
The hydraulic ports are
located on the manifold.
Each port is marked.
P = Pressure
R = Return
D = Drain
PP = Pilot Pressure
PR = Pilot Pressure Return
The exact port locations
can vary with different
models.
Do not use inferior quality hydraulic fluids.
Using fluids other than those specified by MTS can cause component or
system failure or both.
Use Mobil DTE 25 or Shell Tellus 46 hydraulic fluid only.
