Lower tray (LT-5400)

One optional lower tray (Tray 2) can be installed on HL-5440D and HL-5450DN

, and the lower tray can hold
up to 500 sheets of 80 g/m 2 paper. When the optional lower tray is installed, the machine can hold up to 800
sheets of plain paper. If you want to buy the optional lower tray unit, call the dealer you bought the machine
from or Brother Customer Service.
1 Tray 2 is standard on HL-5450DNT.
For setup, see the User’s Guide that we have supplied with the lower tray unit.
WARNING
If you use a Lower Tray, DO NOT carry the machine with the Lower Tray as you may be injured or cause
damage to the machine because it is not attached to the Lower Tray.
