2. At the mounting site you select, use #10 screws to mount the detector to a vertical
surface.
CAUTION: Mount the multi-point detector with the detectors facing down (see Figures 6-14).
Wiring the Multi-Point Detector to a Controller
WARNING: Always verify that the power source is OFF before you make wiring
connections.
1. Turn off the controller.
2. Turn off or unplug power to the controller.
3. Remove the junction box cover.
