3– Using the S&S® supplied hose, push one end onto the air switching valve where the stock hose was removed and route the other end around the
back of the throttle body and out in between the front and rear cylinders. Picture 11 illustrates the S&S hose routed between the cylinders.
Note: The stock hose clamps should be used on each end of the S&S supplied hose.
4– Attach the cylinder to back plate bracket to the front cylinder head using the supplied button head M6 fastener. Leave the fastener loose so
that the bracket can be rotated later for aligning to the back plate. Picture 11 illustrates the bracket mounted to the front head.
5– Hook the crankcase breather hose to the small straight fitting and the air switching valve hose to the large straight fitting on the back of the
S&S back plate. Push hose clamps up and around the fittings. Picture 12 illustrates the hoses attached to the S&S back plate.
