POWER

This camera offers the possibility to use a rechargeable lithium

battery whose charge can be maintained using the solar panel

SP-12V (optional). During installation of rechargeable lithium

battery, slide up the switch inside the battery case up to activate

the charging system with the solar panel. For all other uses,

slide the switch down.

Alkaline batteries

This camera requires the use of 6 AA batteries (1.5V). The

use of alkaline batteries is strongly recommended. Also note

that the voltage of rechargeable AA batteries (1.2V) is

insufficient to power your SPYPOiNt camera. Insert the

batteries as indicated inside the battery case. Exact polarity

must be followed. The battery level is shown in the bottom

right corner of the screen when the camera is in « TEST »

mode. When a single line remains, the camera continues to take

pictures but we strongly recommend changing the batteries

before they are empty. (See figure below)
