10. Remove exhaust from the vehicle.
11. Remove engine cover.
12. Disconnect and remove all four O2 sensors.
13. Remove 10 mm bolt holding dipstick tube and remove.
14. Disconnect and remove plugs and wires.
15. Remove 10 mm bolt from steering shaft to steering rack and disconnect steering
shaft.
16. Remove 12 (6 per side) 8 mm manifold bolts and remove manifolds.
17. Install front (header) O2 extensions to harnesses (P/N 105168).
18. Install headers from bottom using (12) 6 per side 8mm bolts.
19. Reinstall O2 sensors in headers, plugs, wires, and dipstick using provided spacer
and 10 mm bolt.
20. Install either catalytic converters (or off road pipes) using (2) 3” clamps.
21. Install expanded lead pipes with 3” clamps and install hangers.
22. Install O2 sensors in lead pipes.
Installation for Systems using Factory Mufflers (The following section is not required for
installing Stainless Works Catback with Mufflers. See the separate Catback Installation
Instructions for Systems using Stainless Works Catback with Mufflers)
23. Install X-pipe using (2) 3” clamps. Push all the way forward and level the X-
pipe.
24. Install tails using (2) 3” clamps and (2) 3” tail hangers. See pictures below.
