REMOVAL OF STOCk EXHAUST SySTEM
In these steps you will remove the stock
exhaust system.
1. Use a sawzall to cut the exhaust
directly behind the muffler.
2. Cut the Straight Pipe 4” behind the Catalytic
Converter.
3. Cut the stock Down Pipe just af-
ter the bend.
4. Loosen the stock band clamp using a 7/16”
deep socket where the stock down pipe
is connected to the turbo. The stock band
clamp will be used later so don’t remove it,
just loosen it enough to remove
the stock down pipe.
5. To make removing the Hangers
an easier process it is recommended that you
use a silicone spray lubricant to spray each of
the rubber hangers holding the stock exhaust.
6. Remove each piece of the stock exhaust system,
including the stock e x h a u s t
hangers.
Cut directly in front of the Muffler
Remove all the necessary exhaust hangers
Loosen Stock Band Clamp

Cut 4” behind the Catalytic Converter
