Problem

Solution

My device is

connected to the

computer, but it will not

go into mass storage

mode.

You may have loaded a corrupted file.

1. Disconnect the device from your computer.

2. Turn off the device.

3. Hold while you connect the device to your

computer.

4. Continue holding for 30 seconds or until the device

goes into mass storage mode.

I cannot see any new

removable drives in

my list of drives.

If you have several network drives mapped on your

computer, Windows may have trouble assigning drive

letters to your Garmin drives. See the Help file for your

operating system to learn how to assign drive letters.

I need replacement

parts or accessories.
