Connecting to AUDIO OUT Termi-
nals (SX7/X700)
Connect the audio cable between the
AUDIO OUT terminal and an external audio-
visual equipment if you want to output the
audio signal to the audio-visual equipment.

The audio-visual
equipment outputs
the audio signal
corresponding to
the selected image
signal.
z Use an audio cable without a built-in resistor. Using an audio cable with a built-in resistor
turns down the sound.
z You can adjust the volume level of the audio signal to the audio-visual equipment with the
remote controller or the buttons on the top control of the projector.
z The internal speaker is disabled if you input the audio cable to the AUDIO OUT terminal.
z If you connect the projector directly to a speaker, make sure to use the amplified speaker.
