PLAYING MESSAGES
PAUSE MESSAGE
PLAYBACK

You can temporarily pause message playback
up to 5 minutes. The TC-520 will not answer
calls or record phone messages in the “pause”
mode.
Press PLAY/PAUSE during message
playback. The MESSAGE
INDICATOR will flash slowly.
SAVE MESSAGES
You can save all messages during message
playback or up to 7 seconds after the last
message has played.
BASE
PLAY/PAUSE
2 Press PLAY/PAUSE again to resume
listening to messages. NOTE: If you leave the
TC-520 in “pause” mode, it will automatically reset to
answer calls after 5 minutes and all messages will be
saved.
AUTOMATIC ERASE
(Tape Reset)
If you do not save or erase messages, the
TC-520 will automatically reset to record new
messages over the old messages. To ensure
message erasure, press ERASE within 7
seconds after the last message is heard.

Press SAVE . You will hear:
I will save
messages.
SAVE
HOLD

All messages will be saved after the last
message has played.
Note: All messages will
be played, even if you press SAVE before hearing
the last message.
NOTE: All messages will be played, even if you press ERASE
before hearing the last message. NOTE: If you change your
mind, you can press
SAVE within 7 seconds after hearing, "I
will erase messages," to save all messages.

1 Press ERASE . You will hear a beep.
