This section explains how to print images via a wireless LAN (local area
network) from a PowerShot SD430 Digital ELPH Wireless/Digital IXUS
WIRELESS camera and a Wireless Print Adapter (WA-1N/WA-1E).

Printing is initiated from the camera. See your camera's user guide.

1

Check the printer to ensure that no memory cards are
inserted or that a camera is not connected via a USB
cable.

2

Confirm that Wireless Print Adapter (WA-1N/WA-1E) is
installed on the printer.

3

Press the printer’s power button until the start-up image
appears in the LCD monitor.

4

Use the camera to start printing over the wireless
network.

See the Camera User Guide supplied with the camera for instructions
on connecting via a wireless LAN and printing. The maximum
distance over which data can be transmitted over a wireless LAN is
approximately 30 m (98 ft.) (may vary according to the operating
environment).

Once you have finished printing via the wireless LAN, remove the
wireless print adapter from the printer or turn off the power.
