Prerequisites
1 Remove the battery .
2 Remove the base cover .
3 Remove the optical-drive filler .
4 Remove the keyboard .
5 Remove the palm rest .
6 Remove the wireless card .
7 Remove the display assembly .
Procedure
1 Disconnect the power-adapter port cable from the system board.
2 Remove the power-adapter port cable from the routing guides on the
computer base.
