USB-A HOST Connectivity
The C Series printer supports hubs, USB keyboards, USB keyboard wedge
scanners, and USB flash drives.
The keyboard and scanner devices can be used to input data directly to the printer.
They are most commonly used in conjunction with CPL scripting language, for
example, menus and stored formats, to produce labels.
The USB flash drive can be used to upgrade printer firmware and load settings and
objects. This topic is discussed further in Chapter 5 “USB-A Host”.
