Differences between Dell Touchpad devices and drivers:
o Dell Touchpad drivers are different between the 1 st and 2 nd generation of systems. Drivers
from the 1 st generation (Dell Touchpad / Pointing Stick) and 2 nd generation (Dell Multi-
Touch Touchpad) are NOT compatible. Dell strongly recommends only installing the
appropriate driver for the system. 3

compatible on 2 nd generation Latitude systems
