Productivity and Communication
You can use your computer to create presentations,
brochures, greeting cards, flyers, and spreadsheets
depending on the applications installed in your
computer. Check your purchase order for software
installed on your computer.
Once connected to the Internet, you can access
websites, setup an e-mail account, upload and
download files and more.
Entertainment and Multimedia
You can use your computer to watch videos, play
games and listen to music and to internet radio
stations.
Customizing the Desktop in Windows Vista
You can use the Personalize appearance and
sounds window to customize your desktop and
change the appearance, resolution, wallpaper,
screensaver and more.
To access the display properties window:
1. Right-click an open area of the desktop.
2. Click
Personalize to open the Personalize
appearance and sounds window and learn more
about your customization options.
