Updating Enterprise Manager Software
Once a new version of the Enterprise Manager Data Collector is installed, the
corresponding versions of the Enterprise Manager Client and Enterprise Manager Server
Agents are available via the Data Collector Website.
When a client or server agent connects to a Data Collector that is newer than the
connecting client or server agent software, the user is prompted to update the software. If
the user agrees to update the software, the software setup file is downloaded and opened
from the Data Collector website.
