Obtaining Assistance

If you experience a problem with your computer, complete the following steps
to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem:
1 See "Troubleshooting" on page 271 for information and procedures that
pertain to the problem your computer is experiencing.
2 Run the Dell Diagnostics (see "Running the Dell Diagnostics" on
