Removing the Display Cable
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer .
2. Remove:
a) battery
b) hinge cover
c) keyboard
d) optical drive
e) palmrest
f) display assembly
g) display bezel
h) display panel
3. Peel off the tape covering the display connection.
4. Disconnect the display cable from the display panel.
5. Peel off the entire display cable from the adhesive affixing it to the display panel and remove.
