Backing up my content

♦ To look only in certain folders:

• Choose

Search selected folders only

then select folders

from

My Documents

and

My Computer in the folder selection box that appears

• To search the entire

My Documents

folder, make sure that the checkbox is

checked

• To see details of a folder under

My Documents

, click the + to the left of the

checkbox. This expands

My Documents

to show the folders that it contains,

and changes the + to a -. Click the – when you want to collapse the folder
again.

Each folder with a

beside it can also be expanded.

• You can now choose the individual folders you want to be searched by

adding and removing checkmarks in the checkboxes. For example, to search
only the folder with the Help and Manual projects, uncheck the

Documents

checkbox, then check only My HelpAndManual Projects:

• Do the same for

My Computer

Note:

You cannot leave all locations unchecked.

• When you have made your choices, click

OK >

and

continue with

“Choosing file types and sizes to be backed up” on page 22.
